Overview:

Hot Mama Noi's Thai on the Fly Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in an energetic urban setting. If you have a passion for customer service and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity!

Languages:
English

Education:
No degree, certificate, or diploma required

Experience:
1 to less than 7 months of experience

Work Setting:
Urban area, In- person

Responsibilities:

• Greet patrons, present menus, and provide recommendations
• Describe menu items and daily specials
• Advise customers on menu selections and wine choices
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
• Present bills and accept payments via cash, credit, debit, travelers’ cheques, or room billings
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Supervise 1-2 people, occasionally up to 10 people
• Maintain and operate electronic cash registers and point of sale systems

Additional Information About the Job:

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation required; public transportation is available

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, weight handling up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
