Specific Skills:

Oversee and manage the store’s day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Monitor sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback to evaluate store performance and implement improvements.
Plan and coordinate merchandising, in-store promotions, and daily retail activities.
Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure team members are trained and motivated to meet service standards.
Analyze customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to guide sales strategies and product choices.
Decide on the types of snacks, beverages, and specialty items to stock based on demand and seasonality.
Source and purchase trending and in-demand merchandise from reputable suppliers for resale.
Design and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract foot traffic.
Create and manage budgets, track store revenue, and control operational expenses to maintain profitability.
Assess staffing needs and plan schedules to maintain adequate coverage during business hours.
Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding and performance of new staff.
