Office Manager

The company is looking for one (1) Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The position is permanent and full-time (40 hr per week) $35 per hour.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets and parking.
- Oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes.
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals and correspondence
- Plan volleyballs corporate events and coordinate with clients to finalize the programs.
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Highschool diploma.
- A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is a plus but not required
- Attention to detail.
- Accurate, organized and reliable
Remuneration:
- $ 35 per hour for 40 hours per week
