Bakery departments offer over 30 varieties of hand-shaped artisanal breads, giant Roman-style pizzas and hot sandwiches.
Now we are looking for a Pizza and Bread Manager to join us.
Job Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
Order and manage inventory for the pane fresco rotisserie department, ensuring compliance with health codes.
Organize department setup, maintain inventory levels, and ensure proper signage.
Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and ensuring efficiency.
Conduct hiring processes and train new employees.
Maximize department sales and profit within budget constraints.
Maintain equipment and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously.
Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School is essential.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as a supervisor or assistant manager in a food service or retail environment.
Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, sometimes including evenings, weekends and holidays.
