Permanent Position: Automobile Repair Shop Manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: CAD $41.00 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay

Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the automotive repair shop to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and ensure staff adhere to operational standards and service protocols.
- Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to identify consumer needs, forecast sales, and monitor the impact of competitors in the local market.
- Decide on the range of automotive parts, repair services, and other offerings to be provided, while setting appropriate pricing and payment policies.
- Identify and collaborate with reliable suppliers for automotive parts and materials, negotiating terms to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and execute promotional and advertising initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Prepare and manage financial plans, control expenses, and track revenue performance to meet business goals.
- Continuously assess the quality of customer service, implementing improvements where necessary and resolving client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle staffing needs by recruiting qualified technicians and support staff, offering training opportunities, and fostering a positive work environment to enhance retention.

Employment requirements
• Completion of secondary school is required
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset
• 1 or more years of experience in an office environment in office administration or management is required.
