Title of position: Front Desk Clerk

Duties:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage room bookings, cancellations, and updates using our reservation system
  • Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests in a timely manner
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with professionalism
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Offer information about hotel services, amenities, and nearby attractions
  • Follow all safety, security, and emergency protocols

Additional Duties:

  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide wake-up calls and other guest services upon request
  • Report guest feedback or serious issues to management


Wages: $21.00/hr for 30-40 hours per week

Skills requirement:

  • Completion of High School is required.
  • Experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and a strong attention to detail
