Title of position: Front Desk Clerk

Duties:
Core Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage room bookings, cancellations, and updates using our reservation system
- Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests in a timely manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Offer information about hotel services, amenities, and nearby attractions
- Follow all safety, security, and emergency protocols
Additional Duties:
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
- Provide wake-up calls and other guest services upon request
- Report guest feedback or serious issues to management
Wages: $21.00/hr for 30-40 hours per week

Skills requirement:
- Completion of High School is required.
- Experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
