Work Location: 720 Gardner Lane Bowen Island BC V0N 1G2

Wage rate: $36.60/hour for 40 hours per week.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.

Language: English.

Job Duties:

• Managing daily operations of the resort, including housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and recreational activities. 
• Training, supervising, and motivating resort staff. 
• Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and implementing service standards. 
• Creating and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting financial performance to owners. 
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy rates. 
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations. 
• Ensuring the resort complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. 
• Identifying and resolving operational and customer service issues. 
• Overseeing events and activities to enhance guest experiences. 
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. 

 Additional Skills: Working with others, problem solving, decision making, continuous learning.
