Key Responsibilities and Main Duties
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate comprehensive restaurant operations including food preparation, service delivery, Health and Safety and Quality Standard Protocols
- Determine optimal service delivery methods and implement standardized operational procedures aligned with brand standards and policies
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified food service personnel including crew members
- Implement staff training programs and brand operational procedures, covering food safety, customer service, equipment operation and conduct performance evaluations
- Create and manage staff work schedules ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods while controlling labor costs
- Control and monitor inventory levels for food products, supplies, and packaging materials to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency and inventory management
- Plan and monitor food preparation, baking and cooking levels for food products, to increase sales potential and minimize food wastage, ensuring food safety
- Ensure compliance with brand’s operational standards for Quality, Service Standards, Health and Safety and handle customer complaints and deliver customer service standards
- Plan and execute arrangements with clients for catering, bulk supplies for events
- Manage cash handling procedures, daily deposits, and financial reporting requirements
Essential Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Completion of college diploma or certificate program, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years
Certification and Training Requirements
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
