Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Salary: 47,500 to 57,500 annually (To be negotiated)/ 32 to40 hours per week

Job requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required

Specific Skills:

• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales staff
• Recruit, train, or coordinate training for employees
• Purchase and manage merchandise orders
• Develop and oversee staff work schedules
•  Engage in direct sales of merchandise
• Compile and present reports on sales performance, merchandising, and staff-related matters
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply-related issues
• Manage and maintain inventory organization
