Position: Liquor Store Supervisor
Employer: 10058541 Manitoba Ltd. o/a Ste. Rose Liquor & Convenience
Wage & Benefits: $22.00- $23.00/hr depending on experience with 4% of paid vacation and overtime rate after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk
Working hours: 30-36 hours per week
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience
Work Location: 712 Central Ave., Ste. Rose du Lac, MB, R0L 1S0
Main duties:
- Assists store manager by ensuring all products are merchandised and product is received and stored according to company policy
- Staff supervision including scheduling, assigning tasks, training and creating a friendly work environment
- Opens and closes registers at start and end of shift by following company procedures
- Ensure all team members balance and provide accurate cash out at the end of shift
- Support staff with customer service, inquiries and complaints
- Train all staff on new and existing products and inform them on special events and promotions
- Process register transactions, authorize refunds and returns, activate gift cards
- Keep track of inventory and ensure storage is clean and organized
- Ensure compliance to health and safety standards, especially follow Public health orders of COVID-19
