We are now looking for professional Butchers to join our team to keep offering quality and reliable services. Successful candidates must be responsible, dependable, and able to work unsupervised.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, debone, and trim beef, pork, turkey, and chicken following internal specifications and quality standards.
Safely and efficiently operate tools and equipment, including saws, power cutters, and knives.
Clean, weigh, package, and label meat products accurately, ensuring high presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock for the department.
Supervise, train, and motivate team members (when applicable) to enhance productivity and standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of meat handling experience, preferably in a high-volume retail or food processing environment.
Availability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
