Salary: $28.59 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Duties:
Manage client communication and scheduling.
Handle office correspondence and documentation.
Organize and maintain financial records and files.
Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff.
Assist in preparing financial reports and documents.
Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
Handle billing and invoicing for services rendered.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and procedures.
Support staff with administrative tasks and inquiries.
Maintain and update office databases and contact lists.
