Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate restaurant operations including food preparation, service quality, health and safety compliance, and brand standards
Monitor sales and revenues to manage labour costs and achieve performance targets
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff (20+ team members)
Develop and implement staff work schedules to maintain adequate coverage
Oversee and maintain food and supply inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards
Manage customer relations, address complaints, and ensure excellent service delivery
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and mentoring to staff
Handle cash control, deposits, and reporting requirements
Support execution of catering, bulk orders, and community partnerships
Education: Secondary school completion required; college diploma in hospitality/management preferred
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
Certification: Food Handler’s Certification is an asset
